The folders in the image below can be shared with multiple users through a shared folder. It's great for users who want to work with identical settings of IGEMS CAD/CAM. The settings will affect all users using the same shared folder. For instance, if you change the lead-in length of a certain lead, all users using the same shared folder will experience this change.
Benefits
Standardisation in production is often considered a priority. Sharing the same folder of settings for your users will minimise production errors and maintain the same quality throughout your workstations.
How to set it up
All you need to do is to change the location of the shared folder to a folder that all users have access to preferably on your local area network.
You can point the shared folder by clicking IGEMS/Preferences/Preferences/General. The red rectangle below displays the shared folder location.
