The subscription license can be ordered by you as a customer or by your partner.
If you're a partner or existing customer, skip to step 3.
To place an order, please follow these steps:
- Create an account att https://account.igems.se
- Open your email and set your password.
- Sign in to https://account.igems.se with your email and password. If you forgot your password, there's a reset password link at the sign in page.
- Once signed in, click on "Place order" in the menu to the left and follow the order steps to finalize your order.
If you're a Partner, select your customer in the dropdown menu or create a new customer by clicking "Add customer". An email will be sent to the admin of the company you just created asking them to set a password to be able to access their license once it's purchased and activated.
The subscription license is a recurring license meaning it will automatically be renewed. If you wish to cancel the plan, you can always cancel the subscription.
