- Activate the command: Select Support from the File menu
- Choose filename: Enter a descriptive name for the support file
- Automatic collection: System gathers drawing, postprocessor, material, and machine settings
- Compressed package: All files are compressed into a single support file
- Send to support: Provide the support file to IGEMS technical support
