The Recover command helps restore drawings after system failures by accessing automatically saved backup files.
🔹 How to Use
- Activate the command: Select Recover from the File menu
- Browse auto-saves: View available auto-saved files in the dialog
- Select recovery file: Choose the most recent or appropriate backup
- Open recovered drawing: Load the auto-saved version of your work
- Resume work: Continue from where the auto-save occurred

- Auto-save interval: Set in Preferences menu (default disabled when set to zero)
- 24-hour cleanup: Files older than 24 hours are automatically removed
- System failure protection: Essential safety net for unstable environments
- Regular intervals: Auto-save occurs at preset time intervals during work
- Backup availability: Only available when auto-save preference is enabled
