The Tile command creates regular grids of rectangular or hexagonal shapes with specified spacing. This is useful for creating repetitive patterns and layouts.
🔹 How to Use
- Activate the command: Select Tile from the toolbar.
- Choose pattern type: Select Grid, Jagged Grid, Hexagons, or Jagged Grid 1/3.
- Set dimensions: Enter Height, Width, and Joint size (spacing between tiles).
- Define area: Click two corner points to define the area for tile placement.
Automatic generation: Tiles are created to fill the specified area.

- Grid: Regular rectangular grid pattern.
- Jagged Grid: Offset rectangular pattern.
- Hexagons: Hexagonal tile pattern.
Jagged Grid 1/3: Offset pattern with 1/3 shift.
