The Support command creates a support file (ISF) containing all necessary information and files for technical support requests.
🔹 How to Use
- Activate the command: Select Support from the menu.
- Fill in problem details: Describe the issue you're experiencing.
- Attach files: Use "Browse" button to include relevant files.
- Save ISF file: Press "Save" to create the support file.
- Send to support: Email the ISF file to your IGEMS reseller or IGEMS AB.
