The person who purchased the license can change between different supported payment methods from the license details. Please follow the steps below.
- Log in to your account at https://account.igems.se
- Click on the license you wish to manage in "Your licenses" from the dashboard.
- Click on "Mange payments" in the upper right corner.
Partner
All subscription licenses payed by partners will automatically renew. To cancel a subscription license, please follow these steps.
- Log in to your account at https://account.igems.se
- Click on the "Upcoming invoices" card on your dashboard and click on the license you wish to cancel. (Or search for the license on the "License" page.)
- Click on "Cancel license" in the upper right corner.
